Shipping policy

 SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Our products are shipped through surface mail service via online service providers like Nimbuspost or Shiprocket or similar aggregators. These packages are shipped the next day for all orders placed before 7 PM Indian Standard Time and the day after for all orders placed after 7 PM Indian Standard Time (packages will arrive within 5-7 business days). Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. 

WRONG ADDRESS

We are not liable and cannot guarantee delivery for orders that has the wrong address or PIN code updated by you.

If your shipment is not delivered due to wrong address details, you have the following options:

a. Get a refund once the shipment is returned to our location (details can be tracked by you via the tracking details). There will be a deduction of Rs. 500/- from the amount paid by you for the order. This amount is to compensate for the packaging costs, forward charges, reverse charges, and the payment gateway fee.

b. Get a replacement of the order shipped to you. This can be done once there is a confirmation of the order being returned to us by the shipping company (details can be tracked by you via the tracking details). An additional fee of Rs. 200/- will be charged to compensate for the reverse shipping of the original order and the forward charges of the replacement order.  

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY DUE TO CUSTOMER UNAVAILABILITY

As per standard shipping policies, your order package delivery will be attempted a maximum of three times by the shipping company. Usually, the package gets delivered in the first attempt itself. If the customer is unreachable or unavailable at the delivery address, the delivery attempt is marked unsuccessful. 

The shipping company may make an attempt for further two times within a span of 1 - 3 days. If the shipping company is unable to make the delivery in three attempts, the shipment will be returned back to our location. 

If your shipment is not delivered due to unsuccessful attempts, you have the following options:

a. Get a refund once the shipment is returned to our location (details can be tracked by you via the tracking details). b. Get a replacement of the order shipped to you. DELIVERY COMPLAINTS

Please note that our courier partners and courier aggregators DO NOT accept any disputes or service requests for shipments once 24 hours have passed from the time the tracking status is updated to “Delivered.”

Due to this, we won't be able to investigate or resolve claims related to fake, incorrect, or missing deliveries that are reported after the 24-hour window.

We strongly request all customers to check their delivery status promptly and report any issues within 24 hours of the package being marked as delivered.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

As of 2 April 2022, we are not shipping Internationally. We will update details here when we start shipping outside India. 

We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of India. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility. 

If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund (minus shipping) unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy above. 

CHARGEBACKS

Chargebacks will not be taken lightly and will subject the customer to being put on the no-sell list.
