Refund policy

RETURN POLICY 

Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. 

 To be eligible for a return, please make sure that: 

1. The product was purchased within the last 15 days. 
2. The product is unopened, in its original packaging. 
3. Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, with tag(s), and in new condition. All t-shirts are FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges. 

You have the receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase from 1oaklifestyle.com.

We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third-party retailers or e-commerce websites.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. 

Two-way shipping charges (both sides traveling) will be deducted from the refunded amount as per actuals.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

A few things to note:

1. Do not accept any product which seems to be tampered with by courier services.
2. Please make a video while opening the packaging as supporting proof.
3. Once the product seal is broken, we do not accept return/replacement for the product.

WE DO NOT TAKE ANY LIABILITY REGARDING THE TASTE / MIXABILITY OF THE PRODUCT.

We won’t be able to accept any return/replacement if the above points are not being followed.

SALE ITEMS

Unfortunately, items purchased on sale or with a discount code cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items can be refunded.
